The National Youth Manifesto 2016-2021

Thousands of young Ugandans from across the regions of the country participated in the development of this Social Contract with Young Ugandans through a consultative process that enabled them to share their thoughts and aspirations. The consultative process led to the production of a draft Social Contract which was validated at a national event which took place on 20th and 21st July 2015 attended by 315 participants comprised of youth from political parties, District Youth Councilors, youth in CSOs.

HRAPF NGO Bill 2015 Analysis Final

Since 2014 when the organization was formed, UYAFPAH has been operating informally under the host of RHU. We have implemented a number of activities with the support of the host organization and other partners. In June 2015, the organization embarked on formalizing her existence through a District registration process that would see her formally recognized as a Community Based Organization with intentions of upgrading to NGO status in the time to come

The Proposed NGO Bill 2015

On 6th August, 2014, with aide from Support for Integrated Health Care Initiative-SIHCI, UYAFPAH, initially called UYAFP-Uganda Youth Alliance for Family Planning held its first inception meeting in Kampala, at the High Table Restaurant on Kampala road. Currently, UYAFPAH is hosted by Reproductive Health Uganda-RHU which is located at Katego road, Plot 2 off Kira road, Kamwokya, in Kawempe division, Kampala district.

Effective Youth Participation in Policy Processes in Uganda

It is upon this that the founders and promoters came up with UYAFPAH as an initiative that would mobilize and provide leadership to young people in Kamwokya, Bwaise and other surrounding areas of Kampala District as a whole to educate and sensitize them about their Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights and instigate them to demand their national Government for accountability.
